Get ready for lots of fun. We can't really say that it's always fiesta time in Denia, but there are plenty of occasions for enjoyment. January, the Epiphany Parade and Pilgrimage to the Hermitage of Santa Paula. February, Carnival, and the Mig, Any, or half-year pre-celebration of the Fiesta of Moors and Christians. March, the Fallas. June, the Bonfires of San Juan.

Santisma Sangre Fiesta If you visit in July do not miss the bous a la mar (bulls at the sea), part of Denia'' Santisma Sangre Fiesta, a bullring set up along the seaside, the spectators watch the local boys enticing the bulls to chase them into the sea.

August, Festivity of San Roque, with Moors and Christians on parade.
