Our current terms and conditions are detailed below

It is a condition of booking your holiday through Denia Holidays that you accept the following before placing a booking.

• Price quoted in our current rate table are based to TWO people sharing. There is a small charge, per person, of £3 per night (£21 per week) for each additional guest, upto our maximum occupancy of six persons.
• You will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation. You then have 7 days from the date of the e-mail to confirm your reservation.
• You may cancel your reservation at anytime during this 7 day reservation period by either logging in via 'View my reservation' from our homepage or by . There are no penalties for cancelling a reservation.
• Upon confirmation, your reservation becomes a firm booking. A 25% deposit is due within 7 days of confirming your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
• The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date, or within 7 days of confirming your booking if your holiday start date is less than 8 weeks away.
• Failure to make the appropriate payment by the required date may result in us cancelling your booking.
• Payment can be made by cheque or electronic transfer of funds.
• No refunds will be made for cancellation of a confirmed booking. We strongly recommend you take out suitable insurance against cancellation.
• We require a £100 security deposit. This is to be forwarded as a SEPARATE cheque (not electroinc transfer please) with your balance. This cheque will NOT be cashed and will be returned, (subject to no reported damages/breakages) upon receipt by us of the keys.
• Keys to the property together with detailed directions will be sent to the address given to arrive with you 1 week before your departure and should be returned in the post to us as soon as possible after you return from your holiday
• Please vacate the house by 10 AM on the date of departure. New arrivals can check in after 4 PM on the arrival date. This allows for the house to be cleaned, linen and towels to be changed etc.
• We do not allow pets.
• Non smoking home - please respect this by not smoking in the home
